Over the past year I have been working on a project shooting A-Polaroid-A-Day with my trusty SX-70. Having stocked up on the now defunct Time Zero film for this model of camera it felt like it was a natural end to using the film and have enjoyed the challenge this has given me. Anyhow, come the beginning of 2007 I will start posting these polaroids in a retrospective manner - starting with 1st January 2006. Like digital photography and its instant results, polaroid also has an immediacy. However, the paradox is that with its colour casts and finish very often the moment captured appears to be from some distant memory - a window to my past that seemed that way when I shot the images in the first instance...
